Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Lisburn is recruiting a Customer Service Supervisor for Sprucefield Retail Park. This permanent, part-time role requires 16 hours weekly and flexibility for daytime, evenings and weekends.

You will support the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and checkout area, deliver outstanding customer service, and help develop the team while safeguarding assets and driving store profitability.

Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and checkout area.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure colleagues demonstrate appropriate behaviours in the checkout area.
• Provide colleagues with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues.
• Operate processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements.
• Merchandise the store to provide a welcoming environment and drive sales and profitability.
