Our client is a bespoke manufacturer of specialist products to the construction industry. They are currently looking to recruit a hands-on Customer Service Supervisor to strengthen their service offering as part of a strategic growth plan.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced customer service specialist with a background in implementing and maintaining processes from the ground up. You should be hands-on with customers and capable of developing a small team. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or hire/rental sectors is preferable, as the role is based in a production facility. Confidence, positivity, and a customer-first attitude are essential. Experience with Sage or other order input systems is desirable.
This role offers a salary between £25,000 and £35,000 DOE, with the specific contract type to be agreed. It is a full-time position, but part-time hours can be discussed.
The candidate must reside within a commutable distance to St Helens.
