Our client is a bespoke manufacturer of specialist products for the construction industry. Due to strategic growth, they are looking to recruit a hands-on Customer Service Supervisor to strengthen their service offering.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for:
The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and maintaining processes from the ground up, be hands-on with customers, and capable of developing a small team. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or hire/rental sectors is preferred, as this role is based in a production facility. Confidence, positivity, and a customer-first attitude are essential. Experience with Sage or similar order input systems is desirable.
This role offers between £25,000 and £35,000 DOE, with the type of contract to be discussed. It is a full-time position, but part-time hours can be considered.
The candidate must reside within a commutable distance to St Helens.
