Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Belfast is recruiting a part-time Replenishment Supervisor to support the Replenishment Manager in maintaining stock levels, store standards and efficient warehouse operations at Park Centre.

The role requires supervising a small team, strong organisational skills and a flexible approach to work daytime, evenings and weekends while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring Health & Safety policies are followed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Replenishment Manager to maintain stock levels and store standards.

• Keep the warehouse clean and organised and ensure health & safety policies are followed.
• Operate processes to ensure the store meets all legal requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service to shoppers.

We are currently recruiting for a Replenishment Supervisorto join our team at Park Centre, Belfast! T his is a permanent, part time role, offering 32 hours per week and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.

As a Replenishment Supervisoryou will support the Replenishment Manager to ensure the warehouse, store fill levels and stock control are maintained to ensure the best store standards are delivered for our customers.

You will also:

• Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills and knowledge.
• Support the management team to ensure the warehouse is kept clean,& organised
• Ensure that all staff are complaint with our Health & Safety policies
• Operate & deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
• Be passionate about delivering great customer service!
