B&M Retail Limited in Portadown is recruiting a Floor Supervisor to join our team on a permanent part-time basis (20 hours per week). The role supports the Floor Manager to maintain store standards and deliver great service to customers.

You will lead and develop colleagues, drive sales, ensure legal compliance, and help create a fun, inclusive workplace. Availability for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts is essential.

We are currently recruiting for a Floor Supervisor to join our team at High Street Mall, Portadown!

This is a permanent, part time role offering 20 hours per week and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.

As a Floor Supervisor, you will support the Floor Manager in ensuring that our team delivers the best store standards for our customers!
