Job summary

Mars Petcare is hiring a Customer Service/Order Management specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract in the UK. Roles can be based in Castle Cary, Slough, London Paddington, Plymouth or Waltham, with hybrid working and a salary of £31,400–£34,100 depending on experience.

You will manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and top-notch service levels, and collaborate across functions to drive order-to-cash excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service within supply chain, logistics or order management.
• Experience using ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 and/or SAP.
• Strong problem solving and ability to resolve operational issues.
• Good understanding of logistics, order management and end-to-end processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately in ERP, including onboarding.
• Build relationships with customers, factories, finance and supply chain.
• Support daily operational activities of the Customer Service team.
• Participate in daily reviews to prioritise and resolve issues.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement in CS and supply chain.
