Job summary

Mars is recruiting for a Customer Service/Order Management role within the European Key Accounts team. Based candidate in Castle Cary, Slough, London Paddington, Plymouth or Waltham, you will manage end-to-end orders in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and strong stakeholder communication.

This fixed-term, 12-month hybrid role offers 37.5 hours weekly, a salary in the £31,400–£34,100 range with a performance bonus and comprehensive benefits, plus Mars University development

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service within a supply chain, logistics or order management environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately in the ERP system, including onboarding new customers.
• Build relationships with customers, factories, finance and supply chain teams.
• Support the wider Customer Service team in daily operations and customer requests.
• Participate in daily operational reviews to prioritise and resolve issues.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements across customer service and the supply chain.
