Job summary

Mars invites applications for an Order Management role within its European Key Accounts team. Based in Castle Cary, Slough, London Paddington or Plymouth, you will manage orders end-to-end within ERP, driving accurate processing and strong communication across stakeholders.

You will work in a hybrid, 37.5-hour week on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supported by Mars’ development programs and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within a supply chain, logistics or order management environment.
• ERP systems experience, specifically Dynamics 365 and/or SAP.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes and resolve issues.
• Good understanding of logistics, order management and end-to-end business processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• Strong planning and prioritisation with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work.
• Comfortable working with data and using insights to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within the ERP system, including onboarding new customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers, factories, finance and supply chain to ensure smooth order-to-cash delivery.
• Support the wider Customer Service team in daily operational activities and customer requirements.
• Participate in daily operational reviews with Customer Service and Logistics teams to prioritise and resolve issues.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across customer service and wider supply chain.
