Job summary

Amcor is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the United Kingdom. You will be the central contact between customers and Amcor, handling end-to-end order management and collaborating with sales, planning, and logistics to meet delivery expectations.

We're looking for candidates with experience in similar roles, preferably in packaging/manufacturing, and proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in a packaging or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce.com preferred.
• Strong Excel skills appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order management from order placement to delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Logistics and Finance to meet customer requirements.
• Lead customer reviews with internal stakeholders (annual/bi-annual/quarterly).
• Share customer forecasts and information with neighbouring functions.
• Proactively manage finished goods levels and inventory with related teams.
• Acknowledge complaints and ensure prompt feedback to customers.
• Coordinate expediting of rush shipments when needed and monitor progress.
