Job summary

Coventry Building Society Group is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Service Assistant to join our Bath/Melksham teams. The role covers in-branch service, cash handling and supporting a wide range of customers in a busy, welcoming environment.

You will handle cash, answer calls, and stay up to date with products, policies and procedures while delivering a great customer experience. This is a full-time position with a 35-hour week.

Qualifications

• Current experience in a customer-focused role.
• Experience of interacting directly with customers.
• Good attention to detail with experience of processing customer data accurately.
• Computer literate with the ability to navigate systems confidently.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Take telephone calls for the wider Customer Service area.
• Support customer needs in a friendly, efficient manner.
