Exciting Opportunity in Private Travel

Join a fast-growing company specializing in private, luxurious travel for owners and their dogs. As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their experience is seamless and stress-free.

Customer Experience Coordinator Role and Responsibilities
  1. Process new bookings, entering data accurately into all relevant tracking systems and ensuring all necessary information has been received from the customer.
  2. Review pet health documentation to identify discrepancies and ensure they are rectified before submission to the relevant authorities for approval.
  3. Liaise with external pet partners to ensure they have all relevant information and follow up on any outstanding documents.
  4. Issue Flight Briefs and review passenger manifests to ensure data accuracy and avoid fines.
Customer Experience Coordinator Skills and Experience Required
  • Previous experience in aviation is advantageous but not essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven customer service skills with enthusiasm for delivering high service levels.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
