Job summary

NHS Professionals is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor (Flexible Worker Advisor) based at the NHSP Office in Reading. This fixed-term contract runs until 3 December 2027, full-time 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £25,890 per annum plus exclusive benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a role focused on delighting the customer.
• Ability to handle high volume internal and external enquiries.
• Strong written, face-to-face and telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to queries from workers and support shift bookings.
• Facilitate filling bank shifts while meeting workers’ needs.
• Build strong relationships with hiring and bank staff to pre-empt issues.
