Job description

Customer Service/Sales Support wanted. We have an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys thinking on their feet while working closely with our top sales team.
The candidate will work closely with our sales reps entering orders, coordinating logistics for both incoming and outgoing shipments as needed, and dealing with customers on purchase/sales and shipping issues. They will have the ability to track and follow orders through the entire process ensuring that all orders have the correct product allocated and that all shipments are sent out in a timely manner.
The day to day work includes:
  • Entering and processing orders, shipping orders out as needed.
  • Picking up equipment via freight and/or courier and handle customer questions and issues as needed.
  • The position has the requirement to process international/customs paperwork when needed.
  • This position works closely with our top sales force and requires accuracy in all aspects of the job.
This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00PM.
Requirements include:
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent PC skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical, organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work unsupervised.
  • Must be able to pass background check.
