YOUR CHALLENGE:

Do you already have some experience in the sales environment and enjoy working with people? Do you enjoy taking on challenges in sales and marketing and thinking outside the box? Then we have the right job for you.

We are looking for support for our team in K, M or Remote as soon as possible.

Your main focus will be:
  1. Management of the contract process with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure that contracts are processed correctly and swiftly
  2. Supporting the marketing team in the administrative and content-related preparation of customer meetings. Attending congresses and audits
  3. Coordination and internal coordination to answer customer enquiries in the area of quality and compliance
  4. Support in the visualisation of KPIs and regular preparation of reports
  5. Support in the daily business of the marketing team, e.g., preparation of offers, coordination, and documentation of appointments
  6. Analysis of market potential as preparation for sales activities
  7. Close cooperation and coordination with the marketing team and all colleagues involved in the respective projects - nationally and internationally
YOUR POTENTIAL:
  1. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced/high-pressure environment, results-driven, with great communication skills both written and verbal
  2. Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible
  3. Excellent documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint at minimum)
  4. High organisational skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
  5. Knowledge of internet technologies (CRM systems)
  6. Ability to prioritise own workload
  7. An administrative or sales support background
  8. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse range of professional staff
  9. A team player with a high level of dedication
  10. Passion for customer service and ensuring clients have the best experience possible
  11. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical marketing environment is a plus
  12. Self-starting, independent worker demonstrating drive
  13. 1-2 years of experience, preferably from a digital media buying/planning agency or healthcare marketing experience
  14. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
