Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach
• Assist customers with pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products
• Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation
• Work collaboratively with your team to exceed targets
• Handle transactions accurately and securely
• Multilingual skills are a bonus – extra languages are valued but not required
