Qualifications

• No pawnbroking experience required; genuine interest in people.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced store environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Fluency in additional languages is highly valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
• Assist customers with pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation.
• Work collaboratively with your team to exceed targets.
