Job summary

Speedy Hire Plc. in Warrington is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our depot team.

You will be the frontline link between customers and our hire process, coordinating orders, deliveries and collections with stock, drivers and engineers to ensure seamless service. You’ll work Mon-Fri, 07:30-17:00 (42 hours/week) in a desk-based role, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building, accuracy and proactive problem-solving to meet customer needs and drive satisfaction.

• Previous experience working within the hire industry or similar sales or operational role.
