Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure our customers receive exceptional support, handle requests for quotations, manage orders, and coordinate with internal departments to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate daily with customers and internal teams
• Prepare and manage quotations
• Handle orders efficiently
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, and Sales
• Ensure compliance with commercial agreements
• Maintain accurate information in JD Edwards software
• Follow process standards and regulations such as SOX and BSI
• Collaborate with EMEA Customer Service Teams to achieve goals

Candidate Profile:

Looking for a proactive, detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Requirements include:

• Experience in a customer service role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize, take initiative, and adapt
• Team spirit and good humor
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus

Contract:

This is a 12-month fixed-term position offering valuable international experience.
