Job Description:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will provide first-class customer service to German-speaking customers by building relationships, resolving queries on various topics, and processing orders and changes. You will be the first contact point for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer queries in German via phone and email management software.
• Process customer orders using in-house system software.
• Make outbound calls to customers to resolve issues satisfactorily.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high service levels.

Key Attributes:

• Fluent in both oral and written English and German.
• Excellent relationship-building skills at all levels.
• Problem-solving skills, initiative, and openness to learning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• UK visa required.

Working Hours:

5-day rotation with varying schedules:

• Week 1: Mon-Fri 07:00-15:15
• Week 2: Mon, Tue, Thu, Sat 07:30-15:45
• Week 3: Mon-Fri 11:00-19:15
• Week 4: Mon, Tue, Thu, Sat 08:00-16:15
• Week 5: Mon-Fri 11:45-20:00

This is a WFH role with occasional in-office days in Cambridgeshire for collaboration.
