Job Description:

Customer Services Executive

Hybrid – Office based in Polegate (hybrid working will be offered once fully trained)

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hrs per week (either 8:30 – 5:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:30 pm shifts)

Atlas Recruitment Group is currently recruiting an experienced Customer Services Executive with an advanced admin background to join an established, global professional team. You will provide excellent customer operational service, managing all requests and issues, including dispatch.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Accurately input information into the service management system.
  • Raise customer quotes as appropriate and obtain purchase orders for chargeable jobs.
  • Regularly check job progression to ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Provide phone support to engineers in the field.
  • Work towards departmental KPIs and company goals.
  • Comply with the company’s ISO business procedures.
  • Log information into external customer portals as required.
  • Monitor and manage all mailboxes.
  • Schedule and allocate engineer’s work efficiently, ensuring the use of appropriate skill levels and adherence to H&S policies.
  • Arrange travel and hotel accommodations, maintaining cost-effective practices.
  • Raise job numbers for service installs and future work, updating the company database.
  • Keep spreadsheets updated with machine details and address changes.
  • Communicate with engineers about upcoming work.
  • Maintain feedback with the team leader to ensure effective scheduling.
