Customer Service Planner

Salary - £27,000 - £29,000 per annum + benefits

Permanent – Full time, 40 hours per week.

Due to continued growth, we’re looking to recruit a Customer Service Planner to join our team on our Welwyn & Hatfield contract based from our office in Welwyn Garden City, AL8 6AE.

About the Role

Joining our team, you’ll be responsible for managing high volumes of calls liaising with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and supervisors to schedule appointments. Your goal will be to ensure that future jobs are scheduled efficiently to meet contractual Service Level Agreements without making false promises. You will communicate with residents using various methods including telephony and email.

Using our MSi system, you’ll schedule available operatives and subcontractors, discuss complex repairs, handle demanding customers, and address service failures, all while instilling customer confidence.

About You

Candidates should have:

  • Experience in Social Housing and Repair and Maintenance.
  • Strong communication skills with operatives, subcontractors, and residents.
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance tasks.
  • Planning skills to sequence or undertake tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage ongoing jobs within targets.
  • Good written English and communication skills across stakeholder levels.
  • A passion for service delivery and customer satisfaction.
