This role reports to the Area Manager and is responsible for the daily operations of our Milton Keynes store. A Trinny London Artist is central to our brand, embodying our mission to empower customers with our curated makeup and skincare products. You will combine your artistry skills with product knowledge and a passion for people, making our products accessible and adaptable to diverse customer needs.

The Role

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Leading your team and achieving targets
• Enhancing your product knowledge and staying updated with beauty trends
• Conducting appointments and elevating artistry skills
• Managing store operations, including business planning, rotas, payroll, and stock management
• Overseeing health and safety procedures and visual merchandising
• Using retail management tools and meetings to improve performance
• Meeting business objectives and KPIs, addressing underperformance with support from the Training Team or Area Manager
• Motivating your team through ongoing education and performance reviews
• Handling performance, attendance, or conduct issues appropriately and escalated when necessary

Requirements

Essential skills and experience include:

• Leadership experience, preferably in luxury retail
• Passion for makeup and skincare
• Proven success in retail team leadership
• Adaptability and confidence in dynamic environments
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to meet and exceed KPIs
