Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Customer Service, Customer Support or Account Support role.
• Experience supporting Key Accounts or working closely with Sales teams would be highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
• Relationship building skills and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders received via email and web portals.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide effective solutions.
• Manage customer complaints through internal systems with timely resolution.
• Work with colleagues across Customer Service, Sales, Logistics and Finance to resolve issues.
• Become knowledgeable about products, promotions, pricing and new launches.
• Support the Customer Service Manager with day-to-day activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and analyse customer, sales and service performance.
• Attend and support customer meetings, independently or as a team.
• Produce professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and customer meetings.
