Job Description:

Juice Recruitment is excited to be supporting a leading manufacturer in their search for Order Processors to join their busy customer service team based in Thornbury.

If you are an enthusiastic, organised and determined individual this role could be perfect for you.

YOU WILL BE:
  • Process incoming orders and ensure accurate entry into the system
  • Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
  • Searching and matching stock electronically
  • Updating order information
  • Liaise with the wider customer service team to prioritise jobs through the factory
  • Process manual credits
  • Working as part of a busy and friendly team
YOU WILL NEED:
  • Previous customer service experience or order processing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise workloads
  • Good level of numeracy
  • Good level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office packages

Working hours – 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, 8am – 4pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am – 1pm

This is a temporary to permanent position.
