You will make outbound calls, handle inquiries, and use MS 365 to communicate and schedule activities while supporting daily admin tasks and working with the team to deliver great service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use MS Office 365 applications for communication and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle inbound customer enquiries efficiently and confidently.
• Use Microsoft 365 applications to communicate, schedule activities and maintain records.
• Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and smooth business operations.
