Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Customer Service Manager for our Riverside Retail Park store in Norwich. This permanent, full-time role leads the front-end team to deliver fast, friendly service, from customer arrival to departure, in a high-energy environment.

You’ll be part of the store management team, working across days, evenings and weekends to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for every customer.
