Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join our teamat Rosemary Street, Belfast!

This is a full time, permanentposition and requires the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the cash office and checkout area, ensuring that the highest standards of service are provided for our customers.

You will also:

• Drive a team to deliver personable, polite and prompt service in the checkout area
• Act as a role modeldisplayingexceptional service to our customers
• Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues
• Coachcolleagues to ensure they demonstrate the appropriate skills and knowledge in the checkout area
• Ensure compliance ofcompany stock control procedures within the appropriate timelines
• Ensure company property, cash and stock are secure at all times
• Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work!
