The Best Connection is looking for a proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Kent during our peak period. This on-site role supports customers with day-to-day order and delivery queries and helps ensure an excellent customer experience.

You’ll be part of a busy team, providing hands-on administration and customer service assistance. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, is highly organised, and is happy to roll up their sleeves to help the wider team.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or administration
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and multiple systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organised with strong attention to detail

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and internal systems.
• Track and investigate customer orders and delivery issues.
• Liaise with carriers and internal departments to obtain updates and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records within customer service systems.
• Provide timely updates to customers and ensure issues are followed through to resolution.
• Support the wider customer service and operations teams during peak periods.
• Assist with general administrative duties as required.
