Ardour Associates Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a Customer Service Executive who speaks Danish to join the Operations team. You will support customers using our IoT water-leak device, handle alerts, book engineer visits, and troubleshoot app issues.
The role is full-time with hybrid work after probation. You will work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and high service standards.

Water damage is the leading cause of home insurance claims, costing around $17bn annually across the US and UK. Our client's device is already delivering impact through partnerships with major insurance brands such as Admiral, Direct Line Group, Hiscox, Mapfre, and TopDanmark across five countries.
Our client is on the lookout for a proactive and personable Customer Service Executive to join the dynamic operations team.
