Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a Customer Service Executive for our Bidford-on-Avon operation. You will manage online orders, respond to inquiries by phone and email, and support the e-commerce team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Working in a friendly, collaborative environment, you will handle order processing, courier coordination and documentation, while developing Excel-based processes and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Previous experience in customer service, administration or another customer-facing role.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• An interest in online selling or e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Shopify or Vinted, whether professionally or personally.

We're looking for a Customer Service Executive to join a growing industrial supplies business based in Bidford-on-Avon. If you're organised, confident communicating with customers and have an interest in e-commerce, this could be the ideal role for you. You'll be joining a friendly, supportive team, helping to manage online orders and deliver a great customer experience.

BASIC SALARY:

Up to £26,000

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Customer Service Executive, Customer Service Administrator, E-Commerce Assistant

Working closely with our E-Commerce Team Leader, as our Customer Service Executive, you'll support the day-to-day running of our online sales operation, ensuring orders are processed efficiently, customers are kept informed and any queries are dealt with promptly.

You will:

• Process customer orders received through our online sales channels.
• Monitor orders through to dispatch and coordinate with couriers to resolve delivery queries.
• Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email.
• Update and maintain information using Excel and internal systems.
• Prepare and manage documentation, including invoices and certificates of analysis.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

You'll be organised, enthusiastic and comfortable working in a busy environment. You'll have a keen eye for detail, enjoy helping customers and be confident juggling different tasks throughout the day.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience in customer service, administration or another customer-facing role.
• An interest in online selling or e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Shopify or Vinted, whether professionally or personally.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
