Job summary

Accept Recruitment is currently looking for **Customer Service Executive** for our client- ecommerce business that sells industrial, safety & commercial equipment based in Bingham, Nottingham, NG13 area.

**Main Responsibilities:**

* Support the customer service team with the daily functions
* Process all customer enquiries & orders in accordance with company policy/procedures inclusive of (but not limited to) orders, quotes, telephone enquiries, despatches, invoices, responding to emails
* Booking orders with our Warehouse Management System (Cin7)
* Liaising with Couriers
* Supporting customers with any issues
* Collaborate with other departments to identify areas of opportunity.

**Key Skills & Requirements:**

* Operation of phone system (CISCO phones used in house)
* Proficient in IT programs (Google Drive used in house)
* Willingness to collaborate across different departments and support decisions that would benefit the business - strong team worker leading by example
* Clear, concise communication skills and a strong ability to multitask under pressure and be confident in decision making
* Very open to change and delivering updates to the department
* Customer Focus - Positive customer-centric approach with the willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty
* Remarkable communication skills - verbally and written
* Articulate and great attention to detail
* A passion to be outstanding at the basics of a role
* Ability to nurture and develop existing agents to be more autonomous in their role

**Qualifications and Knowledge:**

* Product knowledge can be taught, previous experience working with industrial and commercial & distribution is desirable
* Experience in managing people essential
* Strong commercial acumen desirable
* Eagerness to be a strong voice within a small company absolutely essential
* Customer service qualifications desirable
* Knowledge of CRM System preferrable

**Further details:**

* Monday Friday
* 9:00 17:00
* **£23,800 - £25,000** per annum
* Permanent position
