Job description

The Telesales role will include:

• Working in an outbound call centre you are responsible for your personal target and giving a high level of customer service to customers.

Telesales requirements:

  1. Excellent communication and listening skills
  2. A polite, confident and friendly manner
  3. Confidence using computers
  4. To be well-organised and thorough, even under pressure
  5. To enjoy working within a target-driven environment
  6. To understand and comply with the legislation relating to direct marketing
  7. Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills
  8. Attention to detail to ensure correct data input
  9. Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety
  10. Be computer literate
