Our award-winning global client is looking for a Customer Service Executive join their small Newark team.
Duties include for the role of Customer Service Executive:
• Managing customer relationships
• Inputting detailed notes and orders onto the CRM system
• Process orders, returns and shipping
• Liaise with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams
• Offer product knowledge, upselling, and cross selling new ranges to customers
To be considered for this role candidates must have previous Customer Service experience, either telephone or face to face with a clear confident telephone manner and a positive can-do attitude to bring to the team.
The Customer Service Executive will genuinely care about delivering a positive customer experience and will have a good attention to detail. Intermediate IT skills including Word and Excel are essential as is a desire to learn and thrive in the company.
