Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in customer service, HVAC knowledge is a plus, and strong communication skills. The role supports a 40+ hour weekly schedule with ongoing professional development and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or client relations experience.
• HVAC knowledge or trade experience is a big plus.
• Experience in service coordination or dispatching is preferred.
• Professional phone presence and strong written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by phone and email.
• Build positive relationships with new and existing clients.
• Coordinate service appointments based on customer needs and technician availability.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service needs.
• Update customer accounts and service details in company systems.
• Communicate with technicians, sales reps, and office staff.
• Assist customers with questions and work toward timely resolutions.
• Adjust schedules as priorities change to keep daily operations running smoothly.
