Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a customer service role.
• Experience in manufacturing and/or construction preferred.
• Proficient IT skills and CRM experience.
• Able to handle customer complaints professionally.
• Strong planning and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries with timely, efficient responses.
• Process customer orders accurately within set time frames.
• Generate quotes and provide pricing to merchant stockists, coordinating with external sales teams as needed.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle delivery and invoice queries, ensuring swift resolution.
• Organise haulage and negotiate rates with tipper hauliers.
