Reconomy Connect in Telford is recruiting for a Sales & Service Administrator to join the Social Housing team. You’ll maintain records, process data, and support pre-invoice checks to ensure smooth billing and service delivery.

The role requires accurate data handling, strong communication, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment. After probation, hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote may be available.

Qualifications

• Organised and detail-oriented approach to administrative tasks.
• Strong communication style with internal teams and external customers.
• Experience handling records, data entry and basic invoicing support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer and supplier records and keep data up to date.
• Update customer information and process key service data.
• Conduct pre-invoice checks to support accurate billing.
• Assist with order amendments and resolve queries efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
