Salary: £25,000-£30,000

The Role:

• Interact with engineers in a timely and effective way to provide the best in business customer service.
• Dispatch engineers according to their location and schedules.
• Keep in contact with customers to ensure they are updated throughout the process.
• Answer incoming calls and deal with customer requirements quickly and efficiently.
• Prepare quotations.
• Be the first point of contact for all customers.
