Mole Valley Farmers is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support order processing and delivery coordination. Based at Huntworth Mill, you will work with Transport Planning, Inventory and Field Sales to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries.

40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, with Saturday shifts (08:00–14:00) included on a rota basis.

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You’ll work closely with our Transport Planning, Inventory, and Field Sales teams to meet delivery expectations and maintain clear communication across departments. This is a varied role that combines customer service, operational coordination, and process improvement.
