Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited in Huntworth is seeking a proactive Customer Service Coordinator to deliver fast, accurate order processing and outstanding support. About The Role

Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, with Saturday shifts (08:00–14:00) included on a rota basis.

• Delivering exceptional customer service through timely and accurate order processing
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and stock management
• Handling customer queries with empathy and professionalism
• Supporting and mentoring new team members
• Maintaining and updating standard operating procedures
• Taking ownership of service improvement projects
• Identifying and implementing process efficiencies
