EVE LOM is seeking a passionate, dedicated individual with an interest & background in handling client inquiries while managing client satisfaction. The role is based in London, UK with a hybrid remote and office schedule and will report to the Senior Director of E-Commerce.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage e-commerce orders: review daily, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with warehouses, monitor chargebacks and fraud flags, and execute inventory transfers.
  2. Provide customer service: handle inquiries, resolve issues, communicate via email, collaborate to improve customer experience, track CSAT scores, support website troubleshooting, and suggest product and routine improvements.
  3. Content management: update website content, support content requests, maintain content calendars, conduct QA for website updates, and ensure high-quality user experience across devices.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 3 years of DTC customer service experience.
  • Helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable in addressing customer issues.
  • Consistent delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with multiple computer programs and systems; experience with Shopify, Gorgias, and Yotpo is a plus.
  • Experience in the beauty industry or skincare sales is advantageous.

Must be based in and have the right to work in the UK.
