Job summary

Cash Shop Ltd. is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver a high level of customer service in-store, over the telephone, and online. You will help customers access cash and pre-owned goods while following company policies and procedures.

The role requires a friendly and trustworthy team player with accurate till handling and the ability to test and value electronics and precious metals. A GCSE-level education and fluent English are expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; additional language a bonus.
• Good basic math and mental arithmetic.
• Excellent sales ability and communication skills.
• GCSE level or equivalent education.
• Previous pawnbroking, customer service and cash handling experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to in-store customers and over the telephone/online enquiries.
• Complete transactions quickly and efficiently, following company policies and procedures.
• Test and evaluate consumer electronics and precious metals.
• Create relationships with customers to retain existing and gain new business.
• Complete stock control and organizational tasks.
• Open and close the store per policy and procedure.
• Reconcile till with no variance at shift end.
