Cash Shop Ltd. is recruiting a Full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver high-quality service in-store, over the phone, and online. The role involves processing transactions, assisting customers, and supporting stock control.

Ideal candidates will have GCSE or equivalent, strong numeracy, and excellent communication skills. The position offers full-time hours, with weekends, and a salary of £26,450 per year.

Qualifications

• Fluent English; good maths and mental arithmetic.
• Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills.
• GCSE level standard or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service in-store, on phone and online.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately following policy.
• Test and evaluate consumer electronics and precious metals as needed.
• Build relationships to retain and grow customer base.
• Maintain stock control and store organisation tasks.
• Open and close the store according to policy.
• Reconcile till at end of shift with accuracy.
