Job summary

CJ Lang & Son Ltd is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant for our SPAR store in Auchterarder. You will greet customers, answer questions, handle purchases and keep shelves tidy, with a focus on friendly, efficient service and a positive shopping experience for every customer.

We offer flexible hours across mornings, evenings and weekends, full training, and a 10% staff discount. Previous grocery experience helps but is not essential as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential.
• Friendly, approachable and helpful attitude.
• Full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the till and service desk.
• Unpack deliveries and restock shelves.
• Promote offers and maintain store hygiene.

Although retail experience within the grocery sector is a plus, don’t worry it’s not essential as we’ll ensure that you have all the training you need to do an amazing job.
