Job summary

Cj Lang & Son Ltd is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant for our SPAR store in Leven. You will work as part of a team to help customers, unpack deliveries and restock shelves, and promote offers from our CJ’s counter.

We are open 7 days a week with flexible hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends. No previous grocery experience is essential as full training is provided, and staff benefits include a 10% discount.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is a plus but not essential.
• Full training will be provided on the job.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings and weekends are required.

Responsibilities

• Put customers first by providing service, help and advice.
• Unpack deliveries and restock the shelves.
• Actively sell and promote offers to customers.
• Serve at CJ’s counter in the Food-to-Go range.
• Maintain high standards of store hygiene and compliance.
