Job summary

Wickes in Wolverhampton is seeking a reliable part-time team member for a 16-hour shift to help customers and keep the store running smoothly.

You’ll provide a high level of service, assist with queries, and support store operations during peak periods. The role offers training, progression opportunities, and a benefits package including a share of profits, pension contributions, and generous annual leave.

The Role...

Whatever your role in and around the store, everything you do will be focused on the customer experience. Parking will be a breeze, trolleys in easy reach, help always at hand, stock in the right place, deliveries out on time and payment met with a smile.Of course, while you’re creating a helpful and friendly customer experience, we’ll be thinking of new ways to reward, develop and invest in you. This is a 16 hour part time role,We are seeking a reliable team member with full, flexible availability across all days and times to meet operational demands. Excellent opportunities for overtime are also frequently available to help cover peak periods

About you...

Every day you’ll be dealing with and assisting customers, so it’s important that you offer every person that walks through our doors a high level of customer service. We look for someone who ideally has experience working in a similar role.
