Job description

We’re looking for a friendly, helpful person to join the team in our Dursley branch. The role is at the heart of the local community, supporting a wide range of customers in a welcoming environment, where every day is different.

This role suits someone who’s at ease with people and able to support them in a caring, friendly, and efficient manner. Responsibilities include finding solutions for customers, staying updated on our services and policies, and managing admin tasks. Key duties also involve handling cash transactions accurately, taking calls, and other customer service-related activities.
