brand new, state of the art family entertainment centre at Kingfisher Shopping
Centre in Redditch, in July 2025. To build this remarkable Redditch team, we
will be holding a Recruitment Event on 11th June 2025.

We're on the lookout for dynamic individuals to join our
team as Customer Service Assistants. If you thrive on creating smiles and

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll deliver an
outstanding customer experience by handling reception bookings, responding to
enquiries, spotting sales opportunities, hosting parties, maintaining
cleanliness, preparing food, and serving both alcoholic and soft drinks behind
the bar.

But that’s not all – you’ll also be hands-on in running our 4D
Laser Arena, hosting immersive escape room experiences, and managing our
karaoke rooms to keep the energy high and the fun flowing.

We’re all about variety, so you won’t be stuck in one spot!
You’ll be cross-skilled across all departments. Whether you’re helping guests
at reception, leading a thrilling game, or shaking up drinks behind the bar,
every day will bring something new.
