Customer Service Assistant / Pin Technician - Redditch

We are opening a brand new, state of the art family entertainment centre at Kingfisher Shopping Centre in Redditch, in July 2025.

The Role

As a CSA Pin, you will be responsible for all our bowling equipment, especially our pins whether that be planned maintenance or fixing on the spot issues, whilst ensuring each of our 22 lanes are oiled on a regular basis, to guarantee that every customer has the best bowling experience.

You will also be trained across all key areas of the centre, including serving behind the bar, working in the kitchen, and managing reception to book in customers, to ensure that you are able to provide support to the team and deliver the best possible customer service, when there are no technical tasks required.

The ideal candidate will be a confident, friendly, and able to create an enjoyable atmosphere.

Skills You Need

• An understanding and interest of all things technical/mechanic
• Confident in customer interactions
• Ability to work in all areas of the centre
• An eye for detail
• Fully flexible around working pattern (evening and weekends will be required)
• A strong team player
• Be organised and able to multi-task
