The Role

As a CSA Pin, you will be responsible for all our bowling equipment, especially our pins, whether that be planned maintenance or fixing on-the-spot issues, whilst ensuring each of our 22 lanes are oiled regularly to guarantee the best bowling experience for customers.

You will also be trained across all key areas of the centre, including serving behind the bar, working in the kitchen, and managing reception to book customers, to support the team and deliver excellent customer service when technical tasks are not required.

The ideal candidate will be confident, friendly, and able to create an enjoyable atmosphere.

Skills You Need

• An understanding and interest in all things technical/mechanical
• Confident in customer interactions
• Ability to work in all areas of the centre
• Fully flexible with working patterns (evenings and weekends required)
• A strong team player
• Organized and able to multi-task
