Customer Assistant – Customer Service Advisor

Location: Stansted Airport

Pay: Competitive rate plus excellent benefits (additional 20% premium for 4am-6am shifts)

Contract: 24.5 hours per week, plus overtime, permanent

Working pattern: 2-week rolling shift pattern between 3am-10pm

Customer Service Advisors play a vital role in our stores, building rapport with customers, providing an enjoyable experience, and sharing your passion for our luxurious products.


Your responsibilities include:

  1. Delivering a world-class, personalized service experience to every customer
  2. Maximizing sales opportunities through excellent service and product knowledge
  3. Demonstrating positive behaviors and a can-do attitude
  4. Working independently or as part of a team to meet operational standards
